As a senior member of the consultancy, Mr. Puneet has successfully undertaken and supported numerous education projects across the country. With extensive experience and exceptional expertise in curriculum design, he has guided several national and international schools in implementing innovative teaching methodologies through effective pedagogical models.

Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools, New Delhi, he has trained and mentored thousands of learners, including students, teachers, and school principals through workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.

She is the Founder of Yuvraj Cricket Academy, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), and has served as a Cricket Coach at Podar International School as well as a Sports Coach and Physical Education Teacher at Y.S. In 2025, Richa was appointed as a Liaison Officer for the BCCI U-19 Women's Domestic T20 and One-Day (ODI) Tournaments, organized by the Maharashtra Cricket Association.
